ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) is business software that keeps a company's processes in a single system: sales, purchasing, production or projects, inventory, accounting, people. The advantage is a single data store: a client, an order or an invoice exists only once and is visible to every department that needs it, with the right permissions.
In YVY
YVY is an ERP for services and project-based companies. It keeps on one thread contacts, CRM and quotes, catalog, projects on the canvas, helpdesk, communications, recurring fees, double-entry accounting and e-invoicing. Verticalizations for commerce and manufacturing companies are on the way. It is also built to be used by an AI: the MCP server lets your chatbot, Claude or GPT, work inside YVY with the person's permissions.
