We import your history for you, from almost any system

We import and harmonize into YVY the data from almost any business system: contacts, quotes, orders, invoices, payments, projects, comments and attachments, and if you need it the books kept by your accountant too. We start from an export of your system or from its API, map the fields, harmonize them onto YVY and onto the verticalization designed for you, test on a sample, then reconcile everything to the cent against the books. We do the work: from you we need access and an hour with whoever knows the numbers.

Process verticalization

YVY on your industry's processes: services today, trade and manufacturing coming

Verticalizing means putting YVY on your industry's processes without rewriting it: each service you sell with its own project template, your price lists, your roles, your rules on when work starts. Today YVY is ready for services and project companies. Verticalizations for trading companies and for manufacturers are on the way.

AI automation and agents

We put AI to work inside YVY with the rules of a colleague: an identity, permissions, a human owner, a log of every action. Three routes, also together: the assistant inside YVY, which you name as you like (at Aldeia, where YVY was born, it's called Ambrogio); your own chatbot (Claude, GPT or another) connected through the MCP server; AI agents that are users of the system and receive work like people do. Sensitive actions are always approved by a person.

How we work

We bring you into YVY in five phases: analysis, history import, process verticalization, AI agents and automation, go-live with hands-on support. Your old system stays on until you choose the switch-over day, so the business never stops. We do the heavy lifting; from you we need access, decisions and one point of contact.
