YVY is business software for communication, marketing and web agencies. It keeps on one thread the quote and its versions, the project opened by the order, the hours and margin of every job, the recurring fees that renew, the e-invoice and the payment. It was born inside Aldeia, an Italian agency that built it for its own use.

Services and consulting

YVY follows a services firm's jobs from offer to payment. The quote becomes an order, the order opens the project from its template, hours and costs are assigned to the job, the invoice goes from the order to the SDI and the payment is reconciled in the daybook, in double-entry. You see every job's margin while you work, not at year end.

Trade and distribution

For companies that sell products, YVY is not ready yet. The trade verticalization is on the way: after the order, in place of the project, there will be shipping management, with inventory inside the catalog and the courier. The rest of the thread stays as it is today. Your processes can become the case we design it on.

Manufacturing

For manufacturers, YVY is not ready yet. The manufacturing verticalization is on the way: after the order, in place of the project, there will be the production process, with its phases and the line's stations, connectable to the factory's machines.
