Subscriptions and recurring fees: no renewal forgotten
Recurring fees start from the order and renew twelve months after the first invoice. YVY prepares the renewal offer 60 days ahead, alerts you with the notice period you choose and generates the draft renewal invoice: you check it and issue it.
- 01The fee starts from the order
- 02Offer at 60 days, notice at 30
- 03Renewal invoice, then SDI
- 04The next renewal moves a year ahead
YVY keeps the calendar of your recurring fees.
A recurring fee comes in from the order or by hand. From there YVY counts the days: it prepares the offer in the CRM, notifies whoever manages the fees and puts the renewal invoice, ready to issue, in Accounting.
- Renewal 12 months after the first invoice
- Notice period and Expiring status
- Add-ons and credits, plan changes
- Total recurring revenue and annual value
Same day
Know how the company is doing without waiting for month end.
Everything goes through one place, so everything is up to date the same day: the transfer arrives and the invoice shows as paid, hours come in and the project margin updates. You don't wait for month end, or for someone's spreadsheet.
