CRM
CRM (Customer Relationship Management) is the system that follows your relationships with clients and prospects: records, contacts, opportunities, quotes, sales activities. It tells you where every deal stands and who has to make the next move. The difference from an ERP: a CRM usually stops at the signature, while an ERP also follows what comes after, that is the work, the invoice and the payment.
In YVY
In YVY the CRM is not a separate program: it is the first part of the thread. The opportunity becomes a quote, with versions, a PDF and sending to the client; the accepted quote becomes an order; the order opens the project and the draft invoice. Pipeline stages and the quarterly target are set for each company, and every salesperson sees their own portfolio.
